Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive – Online Bidder. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru, and others.
Responsibilities:
◆ Identify and research potential clients and projects through various online bidding platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru, and other relevant platforms.
◆ Create and maintain a solid online presence on bidding platforms to attract potential clients and projects.
◆ Review project requirements, specifications, and client need to prepare accurate and compelling proposals.
◆ Prepare and submit detailed project proposals to potential clients, including cost estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
◆ Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate project terms.
◆ Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
◆ Monitor online bidding platforms for new project opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and market demands.
◆ Maintain a record of all bidding activities, proposals, and client communications for future reference and analysis.
◆ You can build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business opportunities.
◆ Continuously track and report on key metrics related to bidding activities, including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue generated.
Requirements:
◆ Minimum 1 year of experience as an online bidder or business development executive, with a strong track record of success on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru, etc.
◆ Proven experience in acquiring projects and clients through online bidding platforms.
◆ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively with clients.
◆ Strong analytical and research skills to identify potential business opportunities and assess project requirements.
◆ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
◆ The result-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
◆ Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and CRM systems.
◆ Familiarity with the IT industry and a basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
◆ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
