ORPECT is an organizational review platform focused on employee feedback and performance assessment. Its public presentation emphasizes review processes, informed decisions, transparency, and privacy. The application serves the people contributing feedback as well as the teams interpreting and administering it.

Employee-review software has to connect several perspectives. A contributor needs a clear review workflow, an authorized manager needs relevant information, and an administrator needs control over the system. The engineering challenge is making those experiences part of the same application without giving every user the same access.
